Improvement of poor discharge of crushed gypsum board.

Introducing a case of Brodisk that solved the discharge issues of mixed recycling material equipment.

This is a case where we were consulted about whether we could improve the discharge issues from the gypsum board crushing product tank using a blow disk in a recycling material mixing facility. It seems that problems are particularly severe during the rainy season, and this equipment was installed before the rainy season. As a result, there were no troubles as in previous years, and the equipment operated smoothly during the rainy season. [Overview] ■ Hopper size: 1500×2500 ■ Discharge section: 300×1500, cut out by screw ■ Blow disk operation method: - The controller, which has 6 solenoid valves built in, sequentially turns on air for a total of 12 blow disks divided into 6 locations with 2 disks each. This equipment easily resolves bridging and clogging of bulk materials through air aeration inside the hopper and vibration of the silicone disk. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.

0320 Improve the poor outflow of diatomaceous earth.

Introducing examples of improvements made to blockages in hoppers and silos, as well as issues with the poor flow of diatomaceous earth.

Diatomaceous earth is clogging in the hopper and silo, and we received a consultation saying, "We want to do something about it since people are constantly involved." After explaining the features of our equipment, we provided several samples for them to take home. They tried it out in a small hopper from their idle equipment at the customer's factory, and of course, the results were good! They have introduced it into multiple tanks, including square and round hoppers. The blow disk is easy to install (especially no welding is required) and is low-cost, making it reasonable to install many units. [Key Points of Our Equipment] ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk of our equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller prepared. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *We have published numerous implementation examples on our company website.

Improvement of poor outflow of collagen powder.

An example of using a Brody disk for addressing bridging and rat hole issues in poorly flowing powders.

Despite being a relatively free-flowing powder (according to user feedback), we received inquiries about a case where the material did not flow out even after hammering the hopper. This equipment is very effective for addressing bridging and rat hole issues in powders with poor flowability. By installing four standard Brody disks (BD-15) in the inclined section of the hopper and two mini Brody disks near the discharge outlet, we have resolved this issue. 【Overview】 ■ Material: Collagen powder (mixture, bulk density approximately 0.4) ■ Hopper diameter: 800φ 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of foreign matter contamination risk, as well as strength and durability. The silicone disks in this equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous case studies. Improvement of poor rubber powder dust emission.

As a bridge measure, one standard Brody disk is installed on each side, totaling four! The results are, of course, good.

This is an introduction to an example of adopting a Brody disk as a countermeasure for rubber buff powder (powder from shaved rubber) bridges. Upon reviewing the sample, it was found to be relatively dry; however, it can become quite troublesome due to humidity on rainy days. After consulting with the customer, we decided to install one standard Brody disk on each side, totaling four disks, and to activate the air for each one at a relatively high air pressure. The results were, of course, favorable. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper Overview: 600×600 (Discharge Section: 100×100) ■ Product Specifications - Brody Disk "BD-15S-B": 4 units - Controller "C-SV4": 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Improvement of poor outflow of food raw materials (germ, husk).

A case where a Brody disk standard type was installed just above the screw to improve work efficiency!

We would like to introduce a case where the bridge formation of the germ layer skin that occurs during rice milling was resolved within the silo. At the time of the problem, a bridge was forming above the screw, and discharge occurred once every few days. Each time, the workers had to poke the bridge with a stick to break it up. As a countermeasure, we installed a total of 12 standard-type Brody disks, 6 on each of the two surfaces, just above the screw along its surface. By eliminating the bridge, we were able to improve work efficiency, and the users gave us high praise. 【Case Overview】 ■ Silo Overview - Size: Approximately 2000×4000 (4000 surface/2 surfaces are inclined) - Discharge: Screw conveyor ■ Problem Occurrence Situation - A bridge was forming above the screw mentioned above - Discharge occurred once every few days, but each time, workers had to poke the bridge with a stick to break it up *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Improvement of poor discharge of stone powder (filler)

This is an introduction to the case study of the bridge breaker "Brodisk."

This is an introduction to the implementation case of the bridge breaker "Brodisk." Unlike other bridge breakers, it does not cause the powder particles to degas due to impact or vibration, which prevents clogging. It also does not damage the tank. If you are having trouble with powder particles, please consult us. 【Key Points of Our Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk of our equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. Improvement of discharge failure from the acrylic resin hopper.

An example of improving the discharge failure from the acrylic resin hopper using a blow disk.

To improve the outflow and discharge issues from the hopper of fine acrylic resin powder, a blow disk has been installed. The powder has a low apparent specific gravity and small particle size, and before the countermeasure with the blow disk, it seemed to be clogging above the discharge rotary valve. After the countermeasure, it has stabilized and is now discharging properly. If you provide us with details about the powder (name, particle size, and other characteristics) and the hopper dimensions, we can guide you on the appropriate models and operating methods. Please feel free to contact us. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk in our equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. We believe you will understand this once you use it! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous case studies, which you can check through the link below.

0529 Improvement of poor outflow of sludge incineration ash

Resolved issues where insufficient remaining contents in the silo caused discharge failures, preventing truck loading!

We have been adopted for a project aimed at wastewater treatment plants by a customer related to plants. The subject matter is sludge incineration ash, and the issue was that "when the remaining amount of silo contents decreased, discharge failures occurred, making it impossible to load onto trucks (troubles occurred when the remaining amount was below 20-30 tons)." Previously, a mesh-type air rater was used, and although the air pressure was increased, it did not lead to improvements, resulting in mesh damage and air leaks from the surroundings (other aeration methods were also used in conjunction). Therefore, although it is a large silo, the trouble only occurs when the powder level decreases. We positioned the equipment in three tiers near the discharge area (only the three tiers below the silo, without the fourth and fifth tiers). There are a total of 20 standard type blow discs: 4 in the bottom tier, 8 in the second tier, and 8 in the third tier. Control is managed by a controller with 10 solenoid valves built-in. The operating air pressure is set higher, and we addressed the issue by turning on the air in small increments (2 units at a time). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

0653 Improvement of calcium carbonate discharge issues

Easily solve powder bridging! We will introduce case studies of BroaDisk implementation.

Here is a case study of the introduction of the "Brodisk." We received an inquiry from a customer who was unable to naturally discharge the contents from the hopper and was addressing the issue by poking it from below with a stick. We collected the hopper drawings and a sample of the contents and presented a proposal for the introduction. The user's problem was resolved through the implementation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Material: Calcium carbonate (mainly granular, but also includes fine powder) ■ Hopper: Diameter Ø700, discharge 150A, eccentric hopper ■ Equipment Arrangement: A total of 4 units installed, with varying heights primarily on the steep incline Lower level - 1 unit; Middle level - 2 units; Upper level - 1 unit ■ Control: All 4 units simultaneously operated with air ON/OFF by a controller C-SV1 with 1 built-in solenoid valve. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
